Terms & Conditions:
1. The candidate has visited the website, the instagram handle, youtube channel, linked-in account pertaining to the organisation and have understood the activities of Cyanofarm and Cyanohealth Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as ‘organisation’ hereafter).
2. The internship or pre-internship is only an opportunity for experiential learning and the candidate will not be entitled for any remuneration, travel allowances, reimbursements or any other monetary benefits.
3. The candidate has discretion to discontinue to work with the organisation anytime only during the pre-internship period after informing the organisation about it.
4. The internship or pre-internship does not constitute an employment agreement or any offer of employment or job guarantee with the organisation or any of its collaborative partners.
5. The candidates understand that they may not receive an offer to avail internship with the organisation after the pre-internship period. In such circumstances, the candidate agree that they will not object or question in any manner the selection of the candidates by the organisation which will be final and binding on the candidate. The organisation is not stopping the candidates from exploring their search or applications for such training / internships at other places in their own interest, until they receive a written offer for internship and have paid a refundable deposit amount with the organisation.
6. All the projects including ideation, conceptualization, execution along with its entire data and documents viz. log books, graphs, charts, posters, digital data, pictures etc. for the organisation will be the sole intellectual property of the organisation only and the candidate will not share it with anyone without prior consent of the organisation, even after completion of the internship.
7. It is mandatory for all the candidates to convey and mention the name of the organisation, mentor and Principal Investigator’s name in their thesis, dissertation, presentations or publications without which they will not submit it to anyone viz. colleges, universities, conferences or Journals etc.
8. The organisation reserves the right to raise objections and take appropriate actions (including legal) arising on breach of point no.7 directly with the concerned colleges, universities, conference hosts, journal editors or any other authority without any consent or informing the candidate.
9. The sequence of the authorship and authors for publications will be as per scientific ethics and practices which will be decided by the principal investigator / chief scientist. The candidate will have no claim on patents generated during the internship and the chief scientist may allow some credit thereof depending on the contribution.
10. The organisation reserves all rights to discontinue a candidate’s internship at any time due to insufficient credit points earned, misbehaviour, violating the code of conduct, timely completion of assigned tasks, not following standard operating protocols or instructions given etc. During such discontinuation, the candidate will not make any claims monetarily, academically or in relation to any intellectual property rights.
11. All the awards (cash or in-kind) received by the candidates upon presentation of data or work generated during this internship on any forum shall be handed over to the organisation. However, Certificates of merit can be retained by the candidates after providing a colour photocopy to the organisation.
12. If the candidate is selected for internship, after the pre-internship period, they agree to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 4000 per month. This deposit will be refunded to the candidate’s bank account only after the organisation receives a completion certificate from the chief scientist indicating all the assigned tasks to the individual were satisfactorily completed.
13. The candidate agrees to limit their activities only to educational purposes while on the premises of the organisation and will take due care of the instruments, appliances, equipment, books etc.
14. The candidate agrees that if for whatever reason, they discontinue or leave the internship without completing stipulated 90 days tenure, the organisation has a discretion to forfeit the deposit amount.
15. During the internship period, if any damage is occurred by the candidate to the property of the organisation it will be recovered from their deposit amount and if required the candidate also agrees to pay additional amount in case the refund amount falls short for recovering the damages.
16. The candidate agrees to repay damages to the organisation that occurred due to their negligence during the pre-internship period as well.
17. The candidate agrees to get a tetanus vaccine and to submit the proof of being vaccinated against coronavirus before joining the internship and will follow CoVID appropriate behaviour at all times.
18. The candidate gives the consent here to share their pictures, videos while working during the pre and regular internship period on social platforms of the organisation, even after termination of their internship period.
19. The candidate is aware of the credit system, rules, regulations and protocols of the organisation conveyed before joining for pre and regular internship, for which the candidate has no objection.
20. The organisation will not be responsible for the loss/damages occurred to any belongings of the candidate, during the internship period while working for the organisation.
21. It is mandatory for the candidates to inform the organisation about their association with any other (past, current or future) entities along with the description of their work profile in the said entity/ies. The candidate shall not disclose the confidential information received from the organisation to any other entity/ies with which he/she is associated.
22. The organisation will provide the candidates with learning and toilet facilities only during their internship. Commutation, food, recreation, accommodation etc. has to be arranged by the candidate on their own.
